Head to our booking system, choose your date, and time and make your booking. You simply pay online in advance of each booking session.
Yes, there is a car park at the park. First hour is free which you must get a ticket for at the machine. Anything after the first hour is £2.50 for up to 2 hours.
Each session lasts for an hour. You can book sessions back to back if you wish for a session to be longer.
Swimming costume – shorts – vest – whatever you feel comfortable wearing.
Footwear that is suitable to get wet. Flip flops - sliders-sea shoes.
Water bottle to keep hydrated, this is a must.
Towel if you prefer to sit on and to dry off if you choose to dip.
Warm coat / dry robe / hat, for afterwards.
We accommodate for up to 6 people per session. But if booking a private session 7 people can squeeze in.
We ask that everyone is over the age of 16 unless accompanied by a supervised adult. There is no upper age limit! To join us in the sauna you need to be aged 14 or over.
Once you have made a booking you can access the booking portal and change your booking or cancel. We do ask for up to 48 hours notice or we will be unable to return your payment.
No, not at all. You can cool down by having breaks from the sauna.
Avoid the sauna if you are feeling sick or unwell. You should be physically healthy and mentally fit to participate in the sauna. If you have any concerns about your health it is recommended you obtain permission from your GP before using the sauna.
It is not suitable to use the sauna during pregnancy.
We have a small pop up tent where you can place your belongings.
We have a pop up tent where you can dress/undress. Druridge bay country park has a shower and toilets at the cafe area where you can also get changed and rinse if you would like to.
