Hot Sands Policy

​This session is done entirely at your own risk. You must be aged 14 years or above. Hot Sands are not responsible for your safety, neither are we responsible for any lost or stolen items, all items are left at your own risk.

We encourage you to leave valuables behind. If you choose to dip this is done at your own risk too. If you have any serious physical or mental health condition, or any injuries, it is important that you first seek professional medical advice. Hot Sands cannot provide you with medical advice.

This session is not suitable during pregnancy or if you have had a recent operation, recent heart attack or have unstable angina. If you feel unwell or your immune system is lower than usual, then we advise you to not attend.

Safety first, when it is too windy the session may be cancelled at short notice. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will receive credit for another session of the same value.

Cash refunds are not given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a credit to their account, unless extenuating circumstances exist.
